📦 Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Cost is displayed at check out
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Please contact us directly for special international order requests.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on coffee, tea, or herbal products.

However, we stand behind the quality of our goods. If there’s an issue with your order, such as:
- Damaged packaging
- Wrong item received
- Order not delivered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@healthyteabean.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement, credit, or refund.

Merchandise Returns (e.g., mugs, apparel, accessories)
If you're not satisfied with non-perishable merchandise, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
