Loyalty Program Rules

  1. Enrollment & Account

    • Joining the program is free. One account per person; Sips are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  2. How You Earn Sips

    • Earn Sips on the net merchandise subtotal (after discounts; before tax/shipping).

    • Kettle On: 2 Sips per $1

    • At Boil: 4 Sips per $1

    • Brew Ready: 6 Sips per $1

    • Sips post after the return window (e.g., 14 days after delivery).

  3. Tier Levels (12-Month Lookback)

    • Kettle On: 0–499 Sips earned in the last 12 months

    • At Boil: 500–999 Sips earned in the last 12 months

    • Brew Ready: 1,000+ Sips earned in the last 12 months

    • Tiers refresh continuously based on Sips earned (not balance).

  4. Not All Items Earn Sips

    • Only products flagged as Loyalty-Eligible earn Sips.

    • Excluded: gift cards, taxes, shipping, some promos/clearance, promotional merchandise and other non-eligible items.

    • Subscriptions are already discounted and do not qualify for loyalty rewards.

  5. Redeeming Sips = “Free Pours”

    • Rewards apply as order-wide percent-off coupons (whole numbers only).

    • Tier Structure:

      • Kettle On: 1% off per reward — costs 100 Sips

      • At Boil: 2% off per reward — costs 135 Sips

      • Brew Ready: 3% off per reward — costs 170 Sips

    • One Free Pour Over per order; not combinable with other coupons.

    • Most Coffees and Teas are qualified as "Specific Category" for rewards purposes.

  6. Redemption Caps & Scope

    • Per-order cap: rewards cannot discount more than 20% of the eligible subtotal.

    • If the cart has a mix of eligible and ineligible items, the discount applies only to Loyalty-Eligible items (pro-rated by price).

  7. Not All Items Can Be Discounted

    • Some products are ineligible for Free Pours (e.g., certain bundles, low-margin, subscription, limited releases). They won’t receive a reward discount even if present in the cart.

  8. Expiration

    • Sips expire after 12 months of inactivity (no earn/no redeem). Expired Sips can’t be reinstated.

  9. Returns & Cancellations

    • If you return items, the earned Sips are reversed.

    • If you used a Free Pour on a returned order, the refunded amount is net of the reward (we won’t return spent Sips).

  10. Posting , Abuse and Program Applicability

  • Sips for a purchase pend until the return window closes; then they post and count toward tier.

  • We may suspend or adjust Sips for suspected fraud, abuse, or system error.

  • We may change or end this program, Sips, Free Pours, tiers, or eligibility at any time with reasonable notice.

  • Available where we sell and ship. Some promotions may be region-specific.

  • Members can see current Sips, tier, and next reward in their account (and may add a wallet pass when available).
