Brewing isn’t just about hot water—it’s chemistry.
Elevation, soil type and climate impact the growth of your tea and coffee - but you can have a great tea spoiled by the way you brew it. The way you grind your beans or steep your leaves directly impacts flavor!
☕ Coffee:-
French Press requires a coarse grind and 4 minutes steeping.
Espresso demands a fine grind and high pressure for 25–30 seconds.
Pour-over prefers medium grind with controlled water flow.
🍵 Tea:-
Green tea: 160–180°F, 2 minutes steeping.-
Black tea: 200°F, 3–5 minutes.-
Herbal tea: Boiling water, 5–7 minutes.
